Check that the company you are ordering from displays the approved coal merchant logo this is the only way you can guarantee the quality of the coal and service
look at the weight of the product most other company sell in 20kg not 25kg bags so your not really saving
check to see if your product is cleaned and screened to remove slack and small pieces (you don't want to be buying waste product)
