Use

Place the cast iron wax warmer on top of the wood burner, making sure it is stable and won’t tip over. Place a piece of scented wax into the cast iron wax warmer. The wood burner’s heat will melt the wax, releasing fragrance into the room.

Caution

If the wax is smoking, use heat-proof gloves to carefully remove the cast iron warmer away from the wood burner. Place on a heat-proof surface to cool down, taking care not to spill hot wax.

Precautions

Make sure there are no ignition sources / naked flames near by. Do not use on extremely hot surfaces. Never leave unattended. If wax is heated to very high temperatures, it passes its ‘flash point’ at which it will set alight if exposed to a naked flame / spark.
