Cooking Brush the potatoes lightly with cooking oil, then place them in the cooker. Close the lid and position the cooker on top of the hottest spot on the wood burner. Cooking time takes approximately 3 hours, depending on the heat of the wood burner. Care Hand wash only with warm water or wipe clean with a damp cloth, avoiding detergents as much as possible.
