They are the ideal solution for reducing the capacity of your fire, if your grate is too small for your fireplace opening, it can be used to prevent any fuel from falling out of the grate and therefore increasing the fuel efficiency of your fire. This Fire brick is designed to withstand the extreme high temperatures present in domestic solid fuel or gas fires.
